What Prof. Gates was Charged With

Prof. Henry Louis Gates Jr. was charged on July 16th 2009, with violating Chapter 272, Section 53 of Massachusetts’ state code, which reads in full:

"Common night walkers, common street walkers, both male and female, common railers and brawlers, persons who with offensive and disorderly acts or language accost or annoy persons of the opposite sex, lewd, wanton and lascivious persons in speech or behavior, idle and disorderly persons, disturbers of the peace, keepers of noisy and disorderly houses, and persons guilty of indecent exposure may be punished by imprisonment in a jail or house of correction for not more than six months, or by a fine of not more than two hundred dollars, or by both such fine and imprisonment."

What a joke! Did Prof. Gates do any of this? No wonder the charges were dropped! But seriously if you or I had been arrested that day, we'd probably still be languishing in the Cambridge jail!

Police lie! As soon as the officer had confirmed this was his house he should have LEFT. He had no further buisness there. As far as police reports, gee that the officer view of what happened. We had a case in atlanta where 3 officer wrote on their police report ,they approached a house and were shot at ,they returned fire and killed an 86 year old lady., all 3 have been found guilty of murder, oh yeah they lied on the police report. What he says in police report is weird in many ways. he admits he was asked several times for his name, says he gave it 2 times, but why was he asked again and again?the guy is a harvard professor not a street thug,i doubt if he is going to say your momma or half the ghetto talk the cop says he said. Thats how he thinks all blacks talk. Why did he have to go outside to be arrested? If he was disorderly he could have arrested in the house.
Face it the officer was there far to long. Sgt. Jim Crow wanted an audience when he arrested him.

The 911 tapes make it look like Sgt. Jim Crow started the mess with his own bias.
